Most Popular Heavy Metal Band In Australia ââ¬Myassignmenthelp.Com
Question: Examine About The Most Popular Heavy Metal Band In Australia? Answer: Introducation Rough Pop Pty Ltd is holding a stage performance including Metalurgica (most mainstream substantial metal band in Australia). So as to advance the equivalent, the organization sets up ad in the national papers alongside web whereby the ticket cost of $ 150 is imparted and the methodology to guarantee the ticket is sketched out. Further, it is likewise featured that Metalurgica band would be available. Rachael on observing the notice makes the online installment of $ 150 and gets the ticket. The ticket traces the rejection condition that there would be no discounts and the organization holds no risk if Metalurgica doesn't turn up because of any explanation. It so happens that before the show, the Metalurgica musicians are trapped in a medication case and subsequently couldn't perform at the show. The organization supplanted Metalurgica with another classification band which Rachael didn't care for and thus requested discount before the show. The organization refered to the rejection p rovision and would not restore the cash. The odds of Rachael prevailing in the board discount guarantee should be talked about. Significant Rules Exclusion condition might be characterized as a legally binding term which is consolidated so as to either exclude a specific authoritative gathering (for the most part the respondent) from risk or cutoff the quantum of obligation when a specific occasion happens (Carter, 2012). For an exception proviso to be substantial, there are sure pre-conditions that should be meet which are delineated underneath. It must be conveyed to the next gathering preceding the institution of the agreement It is basic for prohibition condition to be enforceable that the gathering fusing the equivalent must put forth all sensible attempts to convey the equivalent or to get notice of the other party with the goal that assent on the equivalent can be acquired. Inability to do so would prompt the avoidance provision not being material (Latimer, 2005). A main case in this respects is Thornton v Shoe Lane Parking [1971] 1 All ER 686. For this situation , the offended party Mr. Thornton was leaving his vehicle in a business parking spot which clarified that the proprietors are leaving the vehicles at their own hazard. Be that as it may, all the while, Mr. Thornton was harmed all the while and asserted pay. Be that as it may, the proprietor of the space carried the avoidance statement to the notification of the offended party which was imprinted on the ticket gave. This permitted the organization to get away from any obligation corresponding to injury to the driver. In any case, this rejection condition was not viewed as enforceable by the court as the ticket was given was the programmed distributor simply after the vehicle had been left. Henceforth, when the ticket was given, the agreement was at that point sanctioned in this manner barring the avoidance condition referenced on the ticket from being enforceable (Paterson,Robertson and Duke, 2015). A comparative decision was featured in Olley v Marlborough Court [1949] 1KB 532 where the offended party was educated regarding the rejection condition simply after the agreement was established and thus considered non-enforceable. Henceforth, it is basic that if the rejection proviso isn't express, it must be brought to the notification of the other party before sanctioning the agreement (Lindgren, 2011). It must be lawful On the off chance that the prohibition statement expects to antagonistically affect the enthusiasm of the purchasers, at that point the equivalent would not be held enforceable as the target of rejection condition isn't to give shield to the deceptive and tricky activity by one of the authoritative party (Harvey, 2009). In avoidance provisions with respect to insurance from irrelevant lead, it would be viewed as substantial just if the any sensible gathering on the opposite side would comprehend that the sole motivation behind embeddings the condition is to shield the concerned party from carelessness direct. Additionally, agree should be acquired before the agreement is established (Gibson and Fraser, 2014). Application It is evident from the given realities that an avoidance provision is available in the bookkeeping case which tries to ensure the organization (Rocky Pop Pty Ltd) from any risk on the off chance that the star band Metalurgica neglects to turn up. With the end goal for this to be legitimate, it is obvious based on the applicable standard that the equivalent would should be discussed to the next gathering expressly that too before the entering of the agreement. In any case, the basic certainty to be seen is that the prohibition proviso was imparted to Rachael just when the physical ticket is gotten. No notice of this avoidance provision is there in the promotion that has been placed in the papers and furthermore the web. Further, the organization doesn't make any endeavor to advise the client for example Rachael about such a condition before establishing the agreement. The agreement institution was finished when Rachael finished the installment and the ticket was dispatched the organiz ation. In light of the above realities, it is obvious that the avoidance condition was featured by the organization simply after agreement culmination. Likewise, it should be viewed as that Rachaels choice to go to the band was provoked distinctly by the nearness of Metalurgica band and the elective band organized by the organization isn't preferred by Rachael. Thus, in light of the decision in the Thornton v Shoe Lane Parking case and furthermore Olley v Marlborough Court case, the prohibition statement would not be held substantial. End The above conversation of the case plainly mirrors the disappointment with respect to Rocky Pop Pty Ltd to insinuate the client (Rachael) of the presence of an avoidance statement before the sanctioning of the agreement. Accordingly, it would be struck somewhere around the court and the organization would need to discount the $ 150 or ticket cash to Rachael. So as to keep away from discount, the organization ought to have remembered the prohibition proviso for the notices in order to illuminate the clients about the nearness regarding the equivalent in this manner picking up their assent. One of the most noteworthy arrangements of the Australian Consumer Law as for ensuring the enthusiasm of the shoppers against tricky and deceiving conduct is s. 18. As per this area, any individual engaged with any exchange or trade must not enjoy a lead which is tricky or deluding. It is fundamental that any lead which possibly can delude is additionally restricted under this segment (Davenport and Parker, 2014). The forms of utilization of segment 18 are very wide and will in general incorporate the deceptive ads which are provided so as to draw in more business or to increase serious edge yet to the detriment of the enthusiasm of the buyer (Latimer, 2005). This is evident from the milestone case Australian Competition and Consumer Commission v TPG Internet Pty Ltd[2013] HCA 54. For this situation, it was unmistakably featured that there is responsibility of the promotions that are given either in paper, web or some other media. Further, it was likewise featured that the connected terms to an offer should likewise be plainly featured and just concentrating on the features can conceivably deceive the client (Gibson and Fraser, 2014). In the given case, the commercial put by the organization in the paper and web neglects to feature the prohibition condition and furthermore the discount strategy. In any case, it is far-fetched that regardless of whether the clients alongside Rachael knew the equivalent, there choice to buy the ticket would modify in any huge way. Additionally, on the protection of the organization, it is evident that they are submitted on getting the band Metalurgica yet their nonattendance is because of an explanation which is unanticipated by the organization just as the clients. In this manner, it doesn't appear that the nonappearance of prohibition statement was with an expectation to misdirect likely purchasers of ticket or could have altogether affected their choice. In this way, it doesn't appear that the organization can be blamed for infringement of s.15 of Australian Consumer Law (ACL). As per s. 64 of ACL, independent of the immediate and aberrant terms of agreement, the assurance of the dealer concerning certain rights can't be absolved or restricted. Further, in the event of show sees which likewise reach out to promotions, it is normal that lone the arrangements sketched out in the ad with respect to risk might be appropriate (Lindgren, 2011). Unmistakably, in the given case, the organization has neglected to make reference to that the tickets would not be refundable and furthermore there is no obligation if there should arise an occurrence of band Metalurgica not turning up. These provisions basically are planned for restricting the assurance of administration and option to discount which are available in the given deals. Consequently, these arrangements can't be viewed as enforceable and subsequently, there is infringement of this area by the organization because of which fine might be forced on the organization other than obligation to discount the cash taken from Rachael. In the year 2015, A2 got recorded in ASX, which added barely any more focuses to the altruism of the organization (The a2 Milk Company.2016). Examination Examination of the A2 Corporation will be done on the four part of the fiscal report. To be specific, monetary record, investors value, salary proclamation and income articulation by examining and surveying the expansion and abatement in pattern of the measure of the accounting report. Accounting report Analysis Accounting report is one of the last and most significant parts in anticipating just as estimating position of the organization. Accounting report is indicating the situation of the organization as far as Assets, liabilities and value (Deegan 2013). Resource is alluded to as things which are really claimed by the business or things from where the organization will have benefit and creating pay which can be as present resource and fixed resource. Liabilities will have things which are paid to the financial specialists and to whom the organization is at risk to pay, which can be as lenders, bank advance, arrangements, and so on,. Value are portrayed as those things which remain as a major aspect of Shareholders value and contain components of like offer capital, held profit, and different save, and so forth.,. Asset report is a significant substance which must be kept up by all the business element. Every single accounting report is one of a kind in itself. Equalization of the organiza tion helps in assessing the quality of the organization and leave space for the future guaging of business. Subsequent to having arranged a precise accounting report organization can decide the efficiency just as dissolvability of the organization. Accounting report is additionally useful in deciding the capital which will be held by the organization. Accounting report likewise shows how rapidly the benefits of the business will be changed into capital. Accounting report of the business will feature monetary execution as vital piece of organizations budget report. Monetary record of the organization tells the investor just as financial specialists of the organization identified with certain essentials of the organization (Weil et al., 2013). From the given circumstance it has been investigated that A2 absolute non-current resource has expanded by 11.08% from the earlier year which is a decent sign for the business. This infers organization in extending or it is developing. In A2 non-current resource incorporates property, plant hardware, altruism, other elusive resources and conceded charge resources this whole component has expanded by some rate (Deegan 2012). Likewise A2's present resources has additionally expanded by 18.37% from the earlier year which is nearly is additionally better pointer. A2 s current resources incorporate money and short-terms stores, exchange and different receivables, prepaid costs, inventories and current assessment resource this whole component has expanded by some rate. Additionally, there has been boosting expanding in the all out non-current liabilities that is 937% which in not a decent sign. Non-current liabilities of the A2 are incorporated as records payable and conceded charge obliga tion (The a2 Milk Company.2016). Records payable of the organization despite everything has a slight level of increment, the boosting increment in the benefits is fundamentally due to conceded charge risk. Conceded charge risk was absent in 2014. This has been another segment which isn't useful for the situation of the organization (Pratt 2013). It is expanding the taxation rate on the organization and will be diminishing the benefit of the organization. Further it has been seen that there has been increment in the present liabilities of the business by 62% this expansion is because of incorporation of current expense liabilities on the business, which has become a taxation rate on the organization. At last, in this area there has been slight increment in the investors value by 0.026%, which is minor change in the position however with beneficial outcome and useful for the companys position (Edwards 2013). Investors Equity Analysis Investors Equity assumes a significant job to be determined sheet of the organization. Investors value is otherwise called total assets of the business (Horngren et al., 2013). Investors value records the extent of capital contributed by the proprietor of the organization just as commitment of the co-proprietors of the business after the offers has been bought, which incorporates any essential commitment and extra paid-in capital. It additionally gives the impression of the benefit, which has been disseminated and held in the investors of the organization. Held income are alluded to as benefit held or misfortune caused by the business. Profit is supposed to be the dissemination of the investors (Samkin and Deegan 2012). In a business is working for enormous number of years and there is gigantic equalization of held income inside the head of investors value, it very well may be said that business isn't conveying the benefit of the organization as profits to the investors. This in word ing demonstrates significant level of total assets just as long haul productivity position in the organization. In addition it very well may be said that business has fundamental point in expanding the obligation to-value proportion. While surveying the credit value and drawing in for getting advances of the business, there needs to decrease in the proportion (Henderson et al., 2015). In the given organization it is seen that there has been slight increment in the investors value by 0.026%, which is exceptionally minor change in the position however with beneficial outcome and useful for the companys position. Thus as far as estimating the extraordinary standard portion of the organization, there has been no adjustment in the quantity of offers (The a2 Milk Company.2016). Pay Statement Analysis Pay proclamation can be additionally alluded to as the benefit and misfortune explanation or income articulation or winning proclamation or articulation of tasks of the organization (Horngren et al., 2012). This announcement will gauge the presentation of the organization regarding income and costs which is in explicit monetary period. It is demonstrating the connection among income and costs of the organization. Pay explanations convert the income and cost into net benefit or salary (Freeman et al., 2014). Pay proclamation helps the business in figuring the benefit or misfortune for the organization which will help in giving held income for organization. For showing the distinguished incomes of a specific period, the expense and cost are charged against the income of organization, which is incorporated as income and duty. The fundamental point of the salary explanation is to tell the financial specialists just as chief of the organization, regardless of whether the organization has made benefit or misfortune for a specific timeframe. Another perspective to remember of the salary proclamation is that NGOs need not produce this announcement (Beatty and Liao 2014). Or maybe they show comparative explanation which reflects wellsprings of the store which is contrasted with modified costs, authoritative cost and other working expense of the association. Subsequently, this announcement is called as proclamation of exercises. Fundamentally, salary explanation can be made through two procedures. First is single step salary articulation which is simple methodology, simply include all the incomes and afterward deduct it from aggregate of the costs to get primary concern or net benefit. Another is Multi Step salary explanation which includes number of venture to get net benefit. First working cost is determined then derivation is produced using the gross benefit which will create sum for money and activity. Next there will be finding of duty to get the net gain of the bus iness (Nsi et al., 2014). From the salary explanation it has been dissected that complete income has expanded by 39.94% which suggests that organizations deals have been expanded which can bring about producing more pay for the business. Additionally there has been increment in cost of merchandise sold by 41.79% which is even acceptable sign, for bring about producing income for the business. In the event that there will be increment in income just as cost of products sold, which demonstrates great sign for the organization for age of pay (Bryer 2013). All out cost has been expanded by 40%, which isn't acceptable sign, however as the deals and cost of products sold is expanding, it is regular marvels that cost will increment, yet for covering that misfortune, increment in the income will cover the impact. Besides it has been examined that organization non-working has diminished by 35% when contrasted with a year ago in light of the fact that there has been installments made for the property and

Some Useful Things
Some Useful Things At the start of the semester a close friend of mine gave me her loft. It was a big, nervous change for me because I am not only change-averse but also terrified of heights, but it turned out to be a fantastic idea. Different dorms give different levels of control over furniture. If you can, I recommend you loft your bed, and loft it high. My fear of heightsâ"at least, the height of a loftâ"evaporated within hours. When I moved my head, my room to my right swayed with me, and so did the world four stories down at the open window to my left. I was terrified at first, but some time passed and I didnât die and I wasnât scared anymore. Sleeping in a loft has several benefits. First, I donât have a bedside table or shelf, which means I canât bring my laptop or a book to bed unless I want it to fall out the window. Sleep ends up separate from everything else, which Iâve heard can help a person fall asleep faster. Second, since I sleep next to an open window I get a cool breeze at night and the light of the sun in the morning. Every night feels like camping, and I usually wake up without an alarm between 7:30 and 8:00. The result is regularity in my sleep schedule. Remarkably Iâve started feeling rested on seven or eight hours of sleep, which never used to be enough. A third, unexpected benefit is that I start every morning panicking about which direction I shoved my plushies in my sleep. By the time I scan the alleyway four stories down and find them on my bedroom floor Iâm usually quite awake. Under my loft I made a cozy space that is also isolated: it has a window, some plushies, including my giant turtle, and a small shelving unit with yarn, my Legos, and only my favorite books (science fiction and a population genetics textbookâ"no GRE prep book). Thereâs a green curtain I can pull across the loft to block out the rest of the world and a touch lamp shining into the cave. Itâs become a happy childish shelter from stressful reality. There are a few other simple, mostly inexpensive things Iâve accumulated over the past two years that have greatly enhanced my quality of life at MIT. Lamps I spent my first semester crammed into a small half and I handled the situation all wrong. I tried to make a second story by lofting a queen sized airbed on a lofted bed frame and a shelving unit, which backfired by blocking my one window and blanketing the space below the loft and the reach of the already dim ceiling lamp (most of my room) in darkness. Iâm smarter now! In addition to my dim ceiling lamp I have a three-setting floor lamp and two desk lamps, one on my desk and one (a touch lamp, also three-setting) facing the cozy cave below my loft. I have 2*2*4*4=64 options for the lighting in my room, not including my windows. I think having control over the light in my room has contributed heavily to my happiness. Alarm clocks I have two alarm clocks: a radio alarm clock for almost always and an obnoxious Clocky alarm clock for actually waking up. Clocky rolls away while squealing in a variety of obnoxious pitches. Itâs impossible to sleep though and great for pre-midterm naps. (Accidental seven-hour naps were a staple of my freshman year. Donât let them take over yours.) Clocky is especially nice combined with my loft. I canât leave it in my bed because I donât want it to roll out the window, so when I do use Clocky I have to climb out of bed to turn it off. Intense hat from Russia Fall semester freshman year I got a double ear infection (double earn infection, all across my productivity!) that wiped me out for about two weeks. S^3 and medical can only help you so much when youâve missed 20 lectures and eight p-sets and maybe an exam or two. My grandparents in Russia shipped me an ?????? from Russia and I havenât gotten an ear infection since. Of course I look like this in the winter, but itâs worth it: A black and white printer A personal printer is not necessary. There are printers all over campus and in the dorms. Having your own printer is helpful if your dormâs printer starts spitting black streaks across everything and you want neither zebra p-sets nor to trek to campus. Electric tea kettle Youâll need one for the ginormous tea collection youâll inevitably accumulate after your first three trips to Shawâs (our local grocery store). Microwaving cups of water loses its novelty after a week. Water floss Did you know that when you wake up in the morning you wake up with 600 species of bacteria colonizing your teeth? Water floss canât replace actual floss but itâs better than no floss at all when youâre hosed. Itâs fun, like a water fight in your mouth. Beanbag When I first came to MIT I bought a butterfly chair, which collapsed when I tried to fit more than three people on it. A beanbag is much better. Corkboard for jewelry I have a lot of beautiful jewelry my grandparents gave me but until this semester Iâve kept it in a box. Unfortunately this meant I could only wear the jewelry I remembered, and only if I had time to pick it out in the morning. At the start of term I hung all my necklaces and earrings on a large corkboard, and bought a smaller corkboard for p-sets. Now everything is visible and I can wear pretty things more often. Clementine box charger dock When theyâre in season you can buy crates of clementines at Shawâs. After demolishing the clementines take a look at the crates: they are wooden, stackable, and easily taken apart. If you flip them over, there are holes at the top that are perfectly sized for a charger cord, and the surface is just large enough to hold a cell phone and a PDA and an MP3 player. If you bend back and remove the staples holding it together, you can remove walls of the box, exposing space for you to put things inside. If you stack them you can build a customizable shelving unit. Things that are yours Itâs become important to me that my space feels mine, so that when my life outside is collapsing, at least something feels consistent and right. Blank Institvte white walls are depressing. If you can paint your room you should. If you canât, you can buy curtains online and a rug at Shawâs. If you can, bring some junk from home to remind you of the world outside the bubble. I brought a lucky $2 bill, lucky pennies from 1992, a tiny pig figurine from a camping trip, a tiny cat figurine from my grandparents, a pet rock my little brother made me, and ticket stubs from trips home. You should also buy blankets and pillows and plushies. Lots of blankets and pillows and plushies. I love soft things. A fish I bought Hephaestus sometime this summer, from the Pet-Co a mile and a half from Random. My boyfriend and I picked out the fish and the fish bowl and the rocks and the fish food and the bamboo plant and the fish hammock and lugged it all home and put it together. The whole process took about five hours. Itâs comforting when youâre hosed and stressed out to see a living thing swimming, carefree, his red fins swaying in currents that only he creates, living an existence independent of classes and p-sets where he can socialize as long as he wants with his two friends, the bamboo plant and his reflection, his thoughts and his dreams limited only by the walls of his 1 gallon fish bowl. Itâs reassuring that thereâs a world without homework floating in the stagnant waters of freedom that you havenât changed in at least a month, to be reminded of and glad for your own intriguing fish bowl and inspired to work twice as hard on that p-set you really should have been staring at instead of a fish.

Bridging the Gap Comparing Letters from My Father and The Writer - Literature Essay Samples
The short story ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠, written by Robert Olen Butler, and the poem ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠, written by Richard Wilbur, both depict family struggles. ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠is about a Vietnamese girl who grew up without a father because of troubles with immigration and when she is finally reunited with her father she debates if he truly loves her. In ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠the narrator is worried about his daughterââ¬â¢s depression, but she does not want to talk to him about it because of an inferred weak connection between the two. In ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠and ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠both narrators have a poor connection with an important family member; however, the two try to understand what has happened and want to bridge the gaps in their relationships. In both accounts, the narrators face an internal issue of where they have let too much come between themselves and a close family member, and they are now wondering whether they should interfere in order to improve their relationships. In ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠, the narrator has to decide if he would like to go into his daughterââ¬â¢s room when she pauses typing because he never knows the outcome of the pauses. When his daughter types, she is expressing her feelings and thoughts; however, when she stops typing the outcome could be detrimental. The narrator metaphorically uses a bird to represent his daughter and says, ââ¬Å"And retreated, to to affright it; And how for a helpless hour, through the crack of the door, We watchedâ⬠(Wilbur 1). He has allowed for his daughter and himself to grow apart, so much as to make hum wonder whether or not his daughter would come to him for help. In this moment he wonders if she truly loves him enough to trust him. The narrator, Fran, i n ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠has been receiving letters from her father telling her about how much he loves her, but once they are reunited Fran is not sure if he really does. One day while her father was working she says, ââ¬Å"So Iââ¬â¢ve been sitting all morning today in the shack behind our house, out here with the tree roaches and the carpenter ants and the smell of mildew and rotting wood and I am sweating so hard that itââ¬â¢s dripping of my nose and chin. There are so many letters in my lapâ⬠(Butler 5). Because of their separation in two very distant countries and lack of contact expressing true emotion, the father and daughterââ¬â¢s relationship has become almost nonexistent until recently. In this moment Fran wonders if her dad truly loves her; similar to how the narrator of ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠wondered if his daughter really loves him. The pair of stories are similar because the narrators must both face the issue of whether or not they are r eally loved by a dear family member. The main difference between ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠and ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠is that Fran realizes her father will always be there for her, while the narrator of the ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠will always have fear of what is going to happen with his daughter. In ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠, the narrator is only able to know what is going to happen in the instantaneous moment because of his weak connection with his daughter. The narrator talks of a bird, similar to his daughter, that falls and is able to get up with only a little bit of help. Even though the bird is now free, he does not know if the bird will fall again and no longer be able to fly. Sometimes his daughter pauses and types again, but there is no way for him to know for certain that she will always continue to type. Unlike the central persona of ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠, in ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠Fran is confident that her father loves her. After reading through her fatherââ¬â¢s letters in which he attempts to help her get into the United States of America, she says, ââ¬Å"I know my father will be here soon. The lawn mower is over there in the corner and this morning he got up and said that it was going to be hot today, that there were no clouds in the sky and he was going to have to mow the lawn. When he opens the door, I will let him see me here, and I will ask him to talk to me like in these letters, like when he was so angry with some stranger that he knew what to sayâ⬠(Butler 5). It is hard for Fran to see that her father loves her, as their connection has weakened over their time apart, but seeing how hard he tried to get her into the country made her realize how much he loves her. As said by Fran, she now knows that he will always come back and that they can talk. In the end, only the narrator of ââ¬Å"Letters From My Fatherâ⬠receives an answer to the two storiesââ¬â¢ theme of ââ¬Ëthey love me, they love me notââ¬â¢. ââ¬Å"The Writerâ⬠and ââ¬Å"Letters From My Fatherâ⬠both share the common question of whether a family member truly loves them, but differentiate because only the narrator in ââ¬Å"Letters from My Fatherâ⬠obtains confirmation that her father truly loves her.

Persuasive Speech Gay Adoption - 800 Words
OUTLINE FORMAT SPEECH #3 HEADING 1. NAME: 2. TOPIC: Homosexual Adoptions 3. GENERAL PURPOSE (5): To persuade 4. SPECIFIC PURPOSE (5): To persuade the audience that homosexual couples should be allowed to adopt children 5. CENTRAL IDEA (5) SPEECH AS DELIVERED 1. INTRODUCTION (5) (written out): Chile, Italy, Ecuador, and Florida. To you, these sound like a list of very widespread locations. But there is one thing that ties them all together. All four of these places openly ban homosexual adoptions. The list continues to grow if you factor in United States that ban gay marriage, as well as un-married couples to adopt. On the surface, this seems like solely a gay rights issue, and though it most definitely is, there is alsoâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦B. Single-parent mom is an all too frequent term. It is costly to children, primarily from the standpoint of having half the support that a child deserves. Married gay couples can provide twice the support that a single parent can provide, and this is always a good thing. 3. CONCLUSION (5) (written out): Clearly, our world is evolving around us. Everything is changing, from our work life to our personal life. I find it quite sad that some issues, such as gay adoption, still seem to be stuck in the 1950ââ¬â¢s. The ââ¬Ëperfect familyââ¬â¢ is no longer perfect. Homosexuality is not a disease, nor is it something that someone can become simply because of their surroundings. And in the end, some homosexual couples can provide better homes than many heterosexual people can. Why put children through poor conditions, bounce them around in foster homes, or leave them with ill-suited families, simply because SOME people say itââ¬â¢s wrong? This isnââ¬â¢t only an issue of gay rights, itââ¬â¢s an issue of child safety.
